Refund policy
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
Due to the personal use of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless it is a problem due to an error made on our part. You have five (5) days from the day you received your purchase to contact us regarding the error. If you receive the wrong product, have any issues or concerns, you may email us at jes@facedbyjes.com. Unfortunately if it has been over five (5) days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Should any refunds or store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
Please include order number in any correspondence.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.
